Shot within the urban and industrial landscapes of Halifax, Canada, Here Kitty Kitty! is an improvised film that showcases the beautiful and bleak life of Lucy, a late 30- something woman whose world is falling apart. A not-so-traditional Christmas movie with an off-beat, surreal and comic edge.

Here Kitty Kitty! was made in 2013 as a creative collaboration between myself and Santiago Giralt, a prolific, multidisciplinary artist who is widely known for his work as a novelist, filmmaker, screenwriter, playwright, stage director, actor, and producer. The film premiered at the Mar del Plata Film Festival in Argentina (in 2014) where it won the prestigious Panorama Prize.
