I continued to work on The Organisms series in the following year (2018) while in residence at the Banff Centre for Creativity. The process of making these images involved a hybrid process of blending elements of drawing (ink on glass) with analog black and white photography. I created multiple ink plates (ink sandwiched between sheets of glass) which were then contact printed onto photo-sensitive sheets of paper.
