The Organisms were first created as a studio experiment during an artist residency in 2017. At the time I had been wanting to get back to making "things" again, this was after about a decade of working in the areas of performance and social practices. The series was initially created as part of a body of work that also included mono-prints, ink drawings and paintings on glass. (con'd next page)
